I spoke with the scheduler prior to the move, stating I needed someone for 3pm as i had conflicts later that evening. He said he would make sure to have them there by then. They did not arrive until past 530pm, and all was finished already, except moving 3 boxes. What a waste of money. I'm very disappointed in the management for this project.

I was supposed to have 2 helpers for 3 hours, 1 helper was 38 minutes late and 1 was well over 1 hour late. Which caused the whole day to not go smoothly, because I needed two people to move big heavy things only have one show up late and the other finally getting there an hour and a half after. I called the contact number numerous times while waiting for someone to show up and she would not answer the phone, even though she did message me at first I was so frustrated that I wanted to just cancel the whole thing and was calling to tell her that when the first person showed up late, but she never answered the phone
