I had an outstanding experience with Calvin and his crew. They brought great energy from the moment they arrived and stayed focused and hardworking the entire time. I booked G I G S Moving Assistance late on Friday without knowing who they were, but knowing we'd need them Saturday! Lucky us! Calvin and Brian responded promptly, let me know they had furniture pads and tie downs, texts back and forth were clear and helpful. On Saturday they were on time and ready to get after the job of moving everything (enough to completely fill a 10x15 storage space) down stairs and then thru the apartment complex to a 20' UHaul truck. There were big items, heavy furniture, fragile items, etc. Communication with us was great, and the flow of work was smooth and very fast paced without any uncertainty--and they checked with us on all items that that looked fragile, etc. Professional experienced work. My last minute planning underestimated the number of hours we'd need. They accommodated this with good spirit and no hesitation, which saved us from an otherwise flawed plan. Calvin had brought all the equipment needed (various dollies, etc.)

Genuinely so happy i checked the reviews and went with this company. This was my first move where i had any furniture i had to worry about taking with me, and it’s also going to be my first time living alone. Calvin and the other gentleman whose name i’m forgetting (sorry!) were both so friendly and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a quick process and all of my items made it safely and without damage, including a really heavy and awkward futon couch that they got undamaged down a flight of narrow stairs. Thank you so much, you helped make this a lot less stressful of a process than i thought it would be and it means a lot to me!!
