Prior to the scheduled move I spoke with them over the phone to understand their services. I was reassured they will wrap and protect anything fragile as needed to ensure all items are packed safely. For example, we discussed my mirror and glass desk. I even offered to purchase bubble wrap and tape if needed and he assured me they had all of this, are experienced and would use it when needed. After everything is packed and en route to the Ubox storage, I see in photos that my wine bottles were packed UNWRAPPED and just sitting in the wine rack. Right next to my white couch! I immediately call, he won’t let me speak and tells me I can go to the uhaul storage when he delivers if I want to re-pack them myself. This man won’t even let me speak and hangs up. This company only pretends to care before you book or pay them and then they could care less about your belongings. This is common sense to not pack wine bottles without any wrap or protection and such a disappointing experience.
