Make sure that you get a clarification on how many times they do load and unload because if you book for a certain amount of hours, they will give you an excuse that they only do 1 load and 1 unload even if you book for a certain time. Make sure their company text everything to you about your move, don't go by word of mouth only.

The gentleman threaten me for the code once i stated that i wanted to contact U-Haul regarding my concerns. I gave them instructions before I went to another area and once I returned they hadn’t completed anything citing that it was dangerous and they didn’t want to get hurt but 2 other employees finish the operation safely without any harm and it was not even a safety concern. I should have callled the police but didn’t want to involve them but these two are not honest people they did absolutely nothing nothing they stacked 4 items on a pallet and they were 30 mins late.

They were professional and got the job done. There is an extra stairsfee outside of the amount you pay that wasn’t mentioned before booking. It’s $70 per flight of stairs. It’s fine, but it would just be good to know beforehand. Aside from that, everything went well.
