Our experience was just okay. The movers were 30 mins late (the lady warned me they could be) but 1 mover seemed extremely brand new. No experience. The other knew what he was doing. They were a little lackadaisical. Communication was scarce. Only called to confirm movers & no communication of timeline past that (even tho they ran late). Had to call 2 friends to help us get done in our 2 hour time slot because they were not moving fast enough. Kinda just took the back seat the whole time & let us do all the work. Disappointed a little after we had a great experience with movers through Uhaul prior. Probably wouldn’t use this company again. Movers also came with 0 equipment. I know it’s not required but most professionals are prepared for a move like this. It was a 2 bedroom apartment btw!

Superb! I made a very rough trip from FL. Becky was great at scheduling, communication, and kind when I was running late because of road closures and truck issues. Cody and Brandon worked fast and professionally, especially when unexpected storage issues occurred. They still finished the job like pros and were so nice. Thank you for being so helpful during an extremely stressful cross country move. I will absolutely use them again and would definitely recommend!
