My computer desk was cracked during the move as well as a lamp shade was cracked. Several pieces of furniture has scratches on them. I was billed for 4 hrs of work, I thought it should have been three hours of work. I thought it was communicated that travel time between moving places wouldn’t be billed, guess I misunderstood. This is my third time using uhaul moving help. I will not use their service again.
