We asked them to be there at 8 AM. We had confirmed it with them. They called at 8 and said they couldn’t come till 10. When we said we would probably need to cancel because we were on a timeline, they were suddenly able to come at 9. Was still an hour later than they agreed to but thankful they pulled it together. One of the movers had alcohol on his breath. Overall, we appreciated their work and they were pleasant and worked very hard. But the initial message shape was a bummer.

Best movers we've had in a long and protracted move. They reached out to let us know when they'd arrived, treated our furniture like it was their own. They even had great ideas about storage and how to get things through our narrow doorways. It was like we'd hired consultants. Totally would recommend and use again.
