They did not show up. I contacted the owner, Jessica, who had no idea what was going on. Said she'd get back to me. She didn't. The loader called to say he'd be there two hours late; said he forgot about the job. And apparently Jessica doesn't confirm with her staff the day before, as I did with her. The loaders, Jason and Joe, were courteous, but not professional. They did not do a good job loading the U-Boxes and Jessica told me that they were her best. If this is the best, I can't imagine how bad the others are. This was a terrible experience causing added stress to an already stressful event. This review reflects mostly on Jessica. I do not recommend this company.

I thought I might get some laborers but I got much better. They were professional movers who planned the work and solved problems. Of course they worked hard too. I was impressed with the careful loading which included padding and cushioning things so they did not get damaged in transit. After unloading there was no damage! Great job and a very friendly team.

Awesome moving help!! I was very pleased and would recommend them. They called promptly to schedule and discuss the details of the move, after I booked their moving help through U-haul . The communication from them was fantastic throughout the whole process. The entire team was kind, friendly and respectful. They loaded my belongings quickly and carefully. I was very impressed!
