The booking website through uhaul, ubox, movinghelp, etc etc was extremely confusing. The moving guys were awesome because they patiently waited while I frantically searched for a lock (not brought to my attention previously through the website) and the payment code (not found in any emails or through uhaul, but through movinghelp which I had not previously logged in to) Thanks guys!

Good communication prior to and the morning of the move day to let us know when we could expect them. Very quick and efficient work - took under 2 hours to unpack 2 completely full U-boxes and they managed to get some awkward furniture up and down curved staircases. Awesome job. Saved me from another back injury and I am appreciative.

The crew got the job done, but I can't strongly recommend them.
