I had a challenging move waiting for the 2 man crew I hired for the job. Lot of stuff plus several unexpected events had me way behind on packing. The helpers handled this all gracefully. They made me aware of packing services and that I could add that to my job. To save money I declined this. They were OK with this and did their best given my orders. I packed the other boxes while they loaded the already packed boxes. They eventually caught up with me and had to wait for me to pass them more boxes. Then the 2 hours was reached. I assure the helpers that there was no rush and that I expected there to be more stuff left over at the end. They worked with this. In the end they got the truck almost fully packed, with a little space left (8pct?), for me to add the remaining stuff once I packed it. They advised I might need to make 2 trips. They turned out to be right. I had almost two 20' trucks of stuff overall, some I'd handled a previous day, then this day, and then 1 more day, a lot!

I paid for two people for two hours to complete a labor intensive job. The job was to take a pallet full of flooring boxes from the trailer to the third floor, into the apartment unit, clearly detailed in the online request and with the phone conversation at the time of the booking. One person showed up. He agreed to work for two hours. He took the items from the trailer to the second floor landing on the outside of the building, not up to the third floor and into the unit. Because the partner did not show up, he stayed an additional 30 minutes, which was appreciated. He pointed out that the price difference for one person for 3 hours (which he only stayed for 2.5 hours) was basically the same as 2 people for 2 hours... The pricing IS similar but the ability for one person over three hours is not the same as 2 people for 2 hours with a labor intensive job. I would have NEVER agreed to one person for this job...

Movers were 2 hours late and the dispatch was incredibly rude, trying to gaslight me for complaining. The movers themselves did not get along well either.
