I paid for two people for two hours to complete a labor intensive job. The job was to take a pallet full of flooring boxes from the trailer to the third floor, into the apartment unit, clearly detailed in the online request and with the phone conversation at the time of the booking. One person showed up. He agreed to work for two hours. He took the items from the trailer to the second floor landing on the outside of the building, not up to the third floor and into the unit. Because the partner did not show up, he stayed an additional 30 minutes, which was appreciated. He pointed out that the price difference for one person for 3 hours (which he only stayed for 2.5 hours) was basically the same as 2 people for 2 hours... The pricing IS similar but the ability for one person over three hours is not the same as 2 people for 2 hours with a labor intensive job. I would have NEVER agreed to one person for this job...

Movers were 2 hours late and the dispatch was incredibly rude, trying to gaslight me for complaining. The movers themselves did not get along well either.

The movers were very friendly and respectful. Some of my furniture was moved around carelessly and got scraped up on the bottom from being pushed on a concrete floor instead of being picked up. My entertainment center wood was broken on the bottom of the sides and my tall dresser fell forward forcing all the drawers to shoot out and the wood and plastic that holds them in place when they're open was broken, now the drawers are hanging and they won't stay open without you holding them up, they just fall out. I tipped the two movers $30 total.
