Disclaimer: IT WAS PARTIALLY OUR FAULT! We booked a same day unload last minute, as moving help offers 24 hour service, and the moving company's online profile says 24 hour availability. The dispatcher was nice during my initialphone call to them, and said he would update us once he located movers.
