Our first set of movers were due to arrive between 12 and 2pm. We got a text stating they would be there in 30 minutes. Over an hour went by so I text Muscle Movers. I got a phone call and when they discovered the movers still had not arrived, she tried to get ahold of them but they didn't answer. She dispatched another team, but they wouldn't arrive until sometime after 3pm. We didn't stress, and had we not had the first hiccup, I would have given them a perfect score. Charles and Mario were fantastic! They worked fast and efficiently getting everything up to the 3rd floor for my son. The dispatch coordinator (not sure of her name) was also amazing in helping resolve the situation. I appreciate how everyone was professional and courteous in trying to make the best out of the situation. We would definitely use the comapny again, but we would request Charles and Mario.

Charles and the guys were great! They were super friendly and efficient, made sure that everything got from point A to point B in tact and were able to move a third floor apartment in half the time. I would definitely trust these guys to move house in the future!
