The woman that I spoke with on the phone who scheduled the pick up was very kind and helpful. There was an issue with the Uhaul order that stated the price I paid was supposed to pay for the U-Box to be delivered as well as loading but their rep advised I needed to pay an additional $54.88 for them to help load, which I did. The movers arrived on time and were very thorough. I really appreciate them being able to help at the last minute.

Our movers were wonderful! They showed up on time, were friendly and easy to be around, and never stopped working. They helped us put together our couch and bed frame, and asked questions when they weren't sure about where to put something. We really enjoyed them and would absolutely hire them again.

Our first set of movers were due to arrive between 12 and 2pm. We got a text stating they would be there in 30 minutes. Over an hour went by so I text Muscle Movers. I got a phone call and when they discovered the movers still had not arrived, she tried to get ahold of them but they didn't answer. She dispatched another team, but they wouldn't arrive until sometime after 3pm. We didn't stress, and had we not had the first hiccup, I would have given them a perfect score. Charles and Mario were fantastic! They worked fast and efficiently getting everything up to the 3rd floor for my son. The dispatch coordinator (not sure of her name) was also amazing in helping resolve the situation. I appreciate how everyone was professional and courteous in trying to make the best out of the situation. We would definitely use the comapny again, but we would request Charles and Mario.
