These guys worked hard, loaded the U-Box in very efficient manner, and utilized every available cubic inc of space. Good customer service is nice to have when you are stressing over a move. Cash tip left at completion of service

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They packed our U-Haul truck and multiple items were broken. They knew we were traveling 800 miles but put 3 glass table tops into the back of the truck not wrapped in blankets or cardboard. All 3 were ruined. They also stacked 3 end tables and 2 coffee tables on top of each other without wrapping and they are destroyed. A bed frame, mirror and 9 dresser drawers were ruined because they weren't wrapped and the drawers were placed on top of each other rubbing the material off the drawers-ruined. Why they weren't put back into the dresser for traveling is baffling. A ceramic potted plant holder was ruined along with a huge picture frame because they weren't wrapped or protected for the move. When I contacted Gorilla, they ghosted me. All I asked for was the fee I paid for the movers when we had thousands of dollars in damage. Do not use or hire them.

Movers were friendly and helpful. They were able to move large items out of my house and into the Uhaul. They then secured items with rope so they wouldn’t shift during transit.

Didn't get a call the day before to confirm arrival time, had to reach out to Moving Help to send them an Urgent email to get in touch. That was unnecessary stress as I was worried I would have to find another moving company the night before. The morning of I received a text that they would be 4 hours late because someone called in sick, they were actually 5 hours late with no notice of the additional hour. Once they got started we were good to go but it was a lot of waiting around due to the lack of communication & punctuality.

Gorilla Moving was fantastic. They contacted me early to set up time. Called to verify. I had to last minute push back & they accommodated me. Worked their tails off to get even my little items unloaded. Helped me set up my weird head board & bed. They were even took time to make sure I was ok when I fell & twisted my ankle. Both guys were professional and personable which is a great combination. Would highly recommend them!
