I rated the experience 4 stars because the move began a few hours later than scheduled. I wasn't contacted until an hour and a half after the window I was given. It's a local company and I don't want to hold it against these guys because they did a great job loading the truck and worked quickly. The got everything into my storage perfectly. Overall, I'm happy with the service but wish it would have started on time.

They were really efficient with loading and unloading, my U-haul. Heavy furniture was handled with ease, and they treated it as if it was there own. no scratches, no dents. Everything was handled perfectly.

The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to get all my items loaded onto my uhaul, even though I ordered the wrong size uhaul and space was limited. They handled all of my fragile items and furniture with care. Would definitely recommend them!
