This was the second time I’ve used Guardian Movers. The first time was a good experience however, the second time was terrible. I hired them for 2 movers for 4 hours of work. Upon arrival they changed it without my permission to 3 workers for 2.5 hours. So many of my items are damaged due to how they packed the uhaul. I provided straps and pads and they failed to use the padding. At one point the lead guy decided to make a slide out of boxes to expedite the process and literally slide my stuff down a flight of stairs crashing at the bottom until another worker told them to stop. Heavy items were placed on top of lighter boxes completely crushing them. Heavy items were placed on top of the glass top washer scratching it completely (surprised it didn’t break). You could tell there was no pride put into the work and it was a complete money grab. They started dragging their feet at the end to waste the remaining time. They only get two stars because the first experience was good.

Paid for two hours, two people, load and unload. Went to unlock new apartment, they left after 30 minutes after I explained what needed done. Left message, sent email, made complaint, received no response. Would NEVER use them again!
