Movers were efficient, professional, organized and overall helpful. This was a last minute booking so it was important to work with movers who didn’t add to my anxiety. I chose the right moving company.

There were several extenuating circumstances. Staff was professional, but stretched thin. U-Haul actively shortchanged them and they did the best with what they had, for which they have my gratitude. Still, when coordinating a bunch of people and sacrificing our schedules to get the work done, I need more communication and forewarning than just showing up unannounced.

Larry was communicative and gave me a heads up when they were on their way over, and both of the guys were super helpful and efficient unloading the UBox; they got it done in just about an hour, and nothing got damaged! Really wonderful experience, and I'd definitely hire their help again.
