Could not have asked for anything better! I was crossing three states, so I could not confirm an arrival time. Jay checked with me twice to coordinate times, and his men arrived not long after we did. They politely introduced themselves and got right to work. They managed to follow directions from four people with good humor. They did not slack off for a minute, even though this job occured on Friday afternoon and they came straight from another job. Overall, they were great! I had picked Jay's EZ Move because of the 5 star reviews, and they lived up to their reputation. Highly recommend.
