The owner said he could remove the doors ( not handles) to the refrigerator but that guys said they couldn’t because of the electrical and water lines in the door. The refrigerator sat in my garage for a week until I got help. Then it turned out the two guys list the mounting screws for the door handles to the refrigerator so I had to buy some new ones. Niece found that they also lost the screws to the mirror that gets attached to the dresser - which they should have put the mirror back on jn the 1st place because they removed it. The owner lied and cost me money because I had another nicer lined up for an hour more and a $100 less who told me straight up they couldn’t take doors off the refrigerator. The 2 Guys we sloppy. Hire someone else.

They showed up almost 3 hours later than scheduled. One of the movers flipped my LED tv around and at one point tried laying it flat in the moving container. I had to tell him that it needs to be upright. Now I’m worried the tv is broken and no way of knowing until I’m reunited with my things in 10 days. Then there was an issue getting the second U-Haul box out of the warehouse, which required the manager of the moving company to come all the way from San Antonio. Delayed the moving process an hour and a half. Nice guys but didn’t seem organized. I still tipped them, in cash, for their labor.
