We had SA scheduled for 8am-11am. The lead mover was there at 8am, the second guy showed up at 945am, and the third guy never showed. I was given money back for the third guy not making it, so that was a bright spot. The care for our equipment was good to start off, but as the job started getting towards the end, the care for our belongings greatly diminished. Our washer was dented from how it was packed. The bar stools were scuffed up pretty good and several walls and door trims were damaged as they moved items. Having both guys on the same side shoving a refrigerator through a door way and damaging the trim is not the most ideal way of moving it out. Could have taken the doors off to get it through without any problems. I know this because thats what we did when we moved it in our house. We also had to leave stuff because it wasn't packed first, that we now have to go back and get. We left behind 3 rubber matts which should have been loaded first with everything else on top of them.

I had the guys for 2 hours. They had my U-Haul 26 foot truck unloaded and my king size bed together in an hour and half. They were great.

I feel like the movers didn’t pack my belongings well. There was so many wasted space and they made me leave my mirror and box spring behind. We even told them how they should pack things but didn’t listen to us. This is literally upsetting, I need those two items and now I have to figure out how I’m going to transport them across the country.
