This was the third time I used this company and once again was completely happy with their work. Communicated ahead of the job, arrived on time and stayed focused on completing the work. They loaded my one bedroom apartment into a moving truck and were skilled in packing the truck so the load was secured. Nearly 1,300 miles later and nothing was damaged.

The movers showed up 3 hours late and provided very little communication as to why they were late. They informed me that U-haul only loaded one of my U-boxes so they had to get the second box loaded. The U-haul facility is an 8 minute drive from my residence. This should not have taken 3 hours. The two individuals moving my items were not with the company that I booked, they were with an entirely different moving company. They both had shirts on that had the name of and information for a different moving company. Furthermore, they improperly assembled my bed frame and ruined one of the drawers underneath my bed. They shared that one of the wheels fell off, so they decided to use their own screws to repair it (without consent) and now I have a screw that is sticking up inside of the drawer. They also did not assemble the slats or support beams in the bed frame properly. I am missing several pieces and when I laid on my bed, a support beam fell off and it is now hanging off.

SA moving company were experienced and professional. They confirmed with me weeks before and the day before my move. They were on time the day of the move. They went above and beyond by packaging my couch and tv and also took apart my bed frame and made sure to put it back together prior to departing. I would highly recommend this company.

I found 2 broken dresser drawers the handles were broken and inside wood piece broken. I was not notified. I have a cream couch they took the blanket off and there are dirty hand marks on the couch. I am happy to send pictures. I would like the drawer handles to be replaced and new drawer purchased for my dresser. I would like my couch cleaned also.
