The two man team was early for the job, which was nice. They moved quickly and efficiently to move all of our things. They were polite and very nice. Communications regarding services was early and helpful. World be happy to use them again.

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company! I needed to change my moving date to a day earlier at the last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating and made it happen without any issues. The crew completed the entire move in under two hours, and every item was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Nothing was rushed, and I felt confident my belongings were in good hands. One thing that really stood out was that the movers are deaf. Communication was easy, and it certainly didn’t stop them from providing exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail spoke for themselves. I would absolutely book with them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring movers. Five stars all the way!

I could not say enough great things about Tetris Wizard. The communication through the whole process was amazing! They showed up and had the whole place packed in a little over an hour. They took such care in all of my stuff, and were able to pack everything into 2 uboxs! Would 100 percent use them again!

Yeah. So. I had booked 2 helpers for 2 hours to help me unload the U-Haul truck. I was late to the appointment time due to traffic. The two guys not only waited for me no problem, but also had kept me a parking spot in downtown Brooklyn in the middle of the day. The two guys couldn’t hear or talk, but both were excellent. Efficient, careful, strong. We communicated via hand signals and when needed typed out using the smartphone, but honestly that was not a problem. They really understood what they needed to do, and were careful to ask me every time about where to put down boxes, in which order to unload the stuff, everything. They got it done, with rime to spare. I even picked up some hand signals along the way.
