We’ve used Monroe Moving twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The team was kind, punctual, and extremely careful with our belongings. They handled everything gently, worked efficiently, and were friendly the entire time, which really helps make a stressful day much easier. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Monroe Moving to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

The movers were great, with the exception of being 45 minutes late. We had the truck rented for 2 hours, so by the time we started unloading, we only had 15 minutes to get it back. If you run over on your time with a truck, U-Haul charges you another day's rental.

I requested an early start and they were able to accommodate me. I underestimated how much time we would need, but they made sure to take care of all the big items before they left. I'd recommend them if you need a dependable mover with great communication.

Good helpers, good price! We appreciate their help. Although our moving has extended our scheduled 2 hours, for the one extra hour they charged $80 instead of $70 as shown on U-Haul. We did tip our helpers in cash $20 for each person. Recommend this company.
