The movers had to take the doors off of my refrigerator to get it out, but when I moved it in my house a few years ago, they didn't have to do that. I wish they could've left the doors on and went out the bigger door in the front.

I had a good experience with this moving company. The crew was professional and handled my belongings with care from start to finish. They worked hard and made the day a little less stressful. The only area for improvement would be communication around timing. While everything was handled professionally, a bit more proactive communication about arrival and overall timing would have been helpful. That said, they are very much a stickler when it comes to time in a transparent way. They let you know exactly when you’re approaching or entering any time beyond what’s already been paid for. No surprises, no hidden fees. Overall, a solid and trustworthy moving company.
