These people are garbage and not suitable for the name Jesus they are the devil! Issac is the worse supervisor ever never give your payment code out before the move as I didn’t know that so he begged me to give it before the Job so he would get paid! Sorry excuse for a man and moving company! I had to move my own stuff with my 3 kids one of whom is autistic! Do not let him lie to yall he is a scam artist and a poor excuse for his company needs to be banned

Came with 3 guys when we only talked about it and I didn’t decide on getting 3. It was 2 young kids. The kids were young and didn’t have any experience. They waited around for Issac’s instructions usually. Took all three to move one furniture, it ended up taking 14.5 hours. With a few damaged furniture along the way. Not the best experience we have had.

Mr Isaac communicated immediately. He gave me the instructions to get on his schedule. And he followed up with exactly how he said the confirmation I would receive. They were early which was great! Unfortunately I wasn’t ready for them to unload but they were extremely patient. I booked three hours, and even though we were late starting to unload, the guys were done within three hours. they were very professional and careful with my furniture. I would use them 10 more times if I had to move.

First off let me say this. I booked 4 hours for 2 people. He was 30 min late and keep his original start time. They moved from storage and to the new house. Two guys moving my stuff were awesome did a great job. Now the owner slash supervisor who was directing is a different person. It took the entire 4 hours to unload. But afterward he stated you want us to help put your stuff together I’m like ya. Once he got down to the tv mounting I tipped them 120 for going over their time for helping. Boom 10 mins later he come to and says hey we paid for 4 hours and now it’s been 6 hours. I need to pay the difference then said tv mounting is 45. I’m like well shit if I got to pay for the 2 more hours might aswell pay for the mount. Well the damn tv is slanted. My question is why was I not told about being billed extra ??? I messed up by tipping before. Destroyed my desk by putting tape on it. All well never again. Make sure you use only booked hours he will say nothing and expect more.
