First, they called to tell me they were running 15 minutes late the time they were supposed to be there they were actually 30 minutes late which set my move back a bit. Second, they told me they don’t take furniture apart which is half the job I hired them to do so I had to do all that myself. They destroyed my tv stand, I had to leave it and buy a new one. They used tape that ripped off the paint of my dresser when I removed it. They also destroyed my mattress cover I had to buy a new one of those as well. My mattress was black when it came off the truck I had to buy a steam cleaner to clean it. This company doesn’t seem like a real professional company at all, I would’ve been better off doing it it all myself. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I feel I should get a refund for all the stuff they broke. Cost more to replace everything then to pay the movers.
