I had to hire another set of movers because these guys only did half the job After I confirmed with their office for a 4 hour job. Sloppy and lazy. Lost the legs to all our tv's; couldn't get a couch out of the house; whined about it being a BIG job when I specifically followed up after adding 2 additional hours with their office that it was and they made it sound like it was my fault. Don't use this service! It wasn't worth the 795 dollars I paid at all. I should get a refund of half what I paid

Packed the back of my U-Haul really poorly, lots of shifting during the move, my dresser and some frames were scuffed and damaged upon arrival. Looked like everything was just thrown in the back of the truck. Ryan and Zach were nice and definitely very fast.
