A complete disappointment. I need a refund. These two individuals had to wait 5-7 minutes for me to return home with more boxes and packing paper. So, why they chose not to use the boxes is perplexing. When they arrived, the packing was already 80+ per cent completed. I had to insist that my clothes be put in a wardrobe box from the closet. I walked this company's representatives through my home to let them know what I expected. They did not touch the kitchen, and threw many shoes and clothes in the moving truck. I didn't realize how bad it was until after they left, and we unloaded the truck. Their lack of packing put me behind schedule.

Malcolm is friendly and professional. He communicates well before the move, and gets to work immediately when he arrives. He came prepared with the right tools, and handled our possessions gently and carefully. Definitely plan to use him again. Highly recommended!
