The movers didn't have a plan for packing the truck and needed near constant oversight and direction. Could have benefitted from one of the movers being a lead and taking control of organizing the move.

Job took twice as long as previous movers for same load. Movers damaged property during load. Unloading movers said they had never seen a more poorly loaded truck with broken and damaged furniture
