The communication leading up to was great. They arrived and the pungent smell of weed accompanied them. Also, they were 2.5 hours late because a previous job ran over. Due to their tardiness, we were not able to get to the storage facility to unload the truck. They agreed to complete the job the following morning, but no showed. I had to completely book a new company to finish what they started.

asked specifically for bed frame to be packed last, it was not. They put in the middle of the other stuff. Other than that everything was good!

Didn’t pack my 26’ truck properly. Had no where to pack my clothes. Packed front seat with totes of glass dishes and I was unable to see out passenger side window and unable to put the truck in gear with gear shaft. This is very unsafe driving 4 states away. Also, smelt like marijuana while on the job. There was no room in front seat for my dog and items unpacked where too heavy for me to lift so I paid and xtra 59.99 for 2 more hours. I questioned throughout the process about running out of space on the truck. This was very unexceptionable and I would like a complete refund for both payments because I had to call U-Haul and dispute and pay for another moving company to come out the next morning to repack truck. I have pictures to show evidence of this unexceptionable work and it unsafe measures. Mind you this grievance it delayed my trip by one day.
