Great move! Very strong men! They were extremely nice. No damages to our items whatsoever, everything handled with care. Just confirm the time with them a few times before the date of move in. They also do not move during active rainfall for safety reasons, I think that is good info to know! They were very communicative and got the job done in perfect timing. I would definitely use them again!

They did a decent job overall. The unloading was into a three-story townhouse, so it was definitely not an easy job, and they handled the heavy work well. They arrived about three hours late because of delays with the customer before me, which was frustrating, but they did communicate the delay. The team was a guy and a girl, and both were nice and professional at the beginning. They handled the furniture and boxes appropriately and got the job done. Toward the end, they seemed understandably tired and made a few comments when we asked for certain items to be placed in specific areas, but they still completed the work. Overall, I appreciate their help with a difficult unload and would say they did a solid job.

Quatez and his wife was really kind however he changed my appointment twice and stated he had another customer that needed to move around the time I had scheduled for twice I am also 5 months pregnant so changing my appointment twice was really hectic I missed my OBGYN appointment and he also was 3 hours late to my scheduled move very unprofessional I scheduled a specific time for a reason and nothing didn’t work out because he was 3 hours late he was not Amie to complete my move same day because it was extremely dark and we caught the storm that came had Quatez been on time we would’ve missed the rain as well as me making it to my schedule ob appointment for Monday my off day was hell and his service he provided made me have the worst move ever I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a good moving service please look for someone who has a higher cost when you go cheap you get bad experience. Nothing was broken AS I KNOW but my $1000 dresser was extremely scratched up.

Overall my experience was okay. I appreciate the help and I like that they provide their own dolly. However they showed up almost an hour late and in transit my mirror broke because it was not properly packed into the truck. With the mishaps, I appreciate the communication throughout the move.
