Sam was very professional and capable. Unfortunately a member of his team damaged some drywall in my home. Sam immediately brought to my attention and communicated what had happened. Sam's packing job was impeccable, just an unfortunate mistake by a member of the crew.

The Sam’s movers were polite and methodical. They went above and beyond when there was a glitch in the booking so they went to a second location to pick up my box. This made the whole job go longer but they worked until the whole job was complete. I appreciated the help.
