The two movers were polite, efficient, and helpful, except for one issue, which was major. I saw one mover literally step on some of my boxes in the storage unit to load some other boxes in it. I wasn't watching them the whole time, and so I don't know if this occurred other times too, or if the other mover did this as well. But even just once is unacceptable, especially when the boxes may have had fragile items in them. I tipped them in cash for the quality work they did outside of this. But never do this to a customer ever again.
