I am permanently disabled due to a severe traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and I am unable to load and unload my belongings from the Uhaul I had rented to relocate. Uhaul recommended KIMIYA Services Inc to help me unload the truck and from the get-go these guys were very professional, respectful, kind, considerate, helpful, friendly, courteous and well organized and efficient and truly did a top notch job. I am so very grateful for their help and I will definitely request them again. I highly recommend them to others. Thank you to the three of them for helping me and making what was a very difficult situation run very smoothly since I had relocated here due to domestic violence issues in another state with my ex-boyfriend I have now left for good. I’m extremely grateful to them all. They deserve raises because they make your company look damn good. I am not adding a tip here only because I gave it to them in person.

I booked this company because they had great reviews, but my experience was unbelievably HORRIBLE. Even though I clearly listed everything that needed disassembly during and after booking with Dwight, the movers arrived late and completely unprepared with ZERO tools, leaving my TV mounts on the wall and putting my security deposit at risk. They were careless with screws and hardware from my bed frame and sectional, and I had to stop them to find pieces they misplaced. The truck was packed in a chaotic and sloppy way that made unloading extremely difficult. When I raised concerns, the owner DWIGHT was rude, aggressive, dismissive, and refused to take any accountability. Instead he demanded an extra 100 dollars for overtime and even threatened small claims court. I ultimately paid, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and care was unacceptable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could.

If I could give negative stars I would, very unprofessional, wanted to be paid under the table and threatened to call the police when we refused. Showed up with no vehicle, one of the workers was great and one did nothing. Caused an extreme amount of stress in an otherwise stressful day. Horrible.
