Today's job was the second time I hired Signature Moving, and it was another excellent experience. They called to confirm the job yesterday, and called again today when they were running behind. They then immediately texted with their ETA and arrived on the dot. (If my job isn't the first of the day, I expect a late arrival, knowing that moves can be underestimated.) The team arrived and went straight to work, fitting and securing all items in the U-Haul. They were friendly, courteous, and professional.

Arrived 3.5 hours after manager confirmed time. Wardrobe boxes were placed upside down despite clear labeling, and several other items were obviously tossed into rooms without any real attention. Some belongings were damaged.

First, they were an hour late claiming their car broke down and I only found that out after I called the company's phone number four times before the owner answered and said he would contact me and call me back, which he didn't I had to call him two more times and instead of picking up he, texted me mid-ring with the helpers will call you. When they finally arrived, the two of them spent 30 minutes total going back in forth about payment with each other, with the second worker constantly asking my husband and I about how he was getting paid. By them being late, we missed our move-in window and had to share the freight elevator with a tenant who was moving out so it made the whole process more complicated. Then the owner made me pay an extra $75.00 on top of my $155.00 pre payment because it took them 3 hours instead of two. Well, we would have been done in two if your workers weren't arguing with each other and kept stopping and asking for things before the even finished my loading.
