William and T were fantastic movers for Big Brother moving. They communicated well in advance, and showed up on time. They were fast and efficient, and packed our storage unit very well. Would definitely recommend and use their services in the future!

Movers were 1.5 hours late. They did not use straps to carry pieces of furniture. They showed up with only a small rolling item to move the furniture. There was damage/scratching to a hardwood floor, a 70+ year old mahogany chest of drawers, and a queen size Ethan Allen mahogany bed frame/rails. The

The movers showed up early and were on the ball. Moved things quickly and efficiently. The only reason that they don't get 5 stars is that the refrigerator that they were moving got dropped.

Excellent! Were very professional and handled items with care. Would definitely hire again if I move in Charlotte. They even stayed and helped put out together a bed and table as the move did not take as long as they were booked.
