Loading/packing ability appeared adequate until we got at our destination and discovered how poorly the truck had been packed. Boxes laid on their and contents fell out . Furniture was not wrapped properly despite having adequate number of blankets. Would not recommend in the future!

The team that was sent was very inexperienced, I was having to provide direction and advice during the loading process. I would recommend that at least 1 worker have at least 15 to 20 moves under their belt before sending them out with an employee that is new. They did show up late from the time

2 men 4 hours total waste of my time and money . They had no clue how to load a truck . Took an hour to get a couch out the front door and dragged it more that carry it . I refuse to pay these assholes
