They arrived 2 hours late to start the move. When they arrived they seemed tired and were unprofessional. They seemed more interested in talking to me than working hard. They got the job done in 50 minutes which was great, but they weren’t very careful with items and with how they unloaded, quite a few items were dropped or fell. When unloading I even had to help push the carts to my unit.
