Mel and his crew loaded our stuff (junk) of 34 years into a 26’ truck for our move to Indianapolis. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They made sure the truck was loaded in the order and manner we needed. We highly recommend Dependable Movers.

They communicated when they were on their way before getting started. They were very thorough with assessing items needing to be moved. The team packed and unloaded my items very efficiently, so there was no damage to any items. They confirmed that all items were where they needed to be and help set things up. When the helpers came to the house One of the helpers with the company wasn’t professional at all. The police had to be called and he was replaced with another worker. After that everyone was respectful. In a few of my items was damaged due to the weight of things was packed

Dependable Movers were great. My UBoxes were delayed by a day and I was able to easily reschedule my moving help to the next day. I was updated as to arrival times. At the start of the move I received a call to let me know to reach out if there were any issues (there were no issues). The two guys that came were hard workers and very respectful. The job was done quickly. They offered to move items if we changed our minds about location of items. I'm very happy with the moving help.
