A mover from the company called me within 24 hours of placing my request for moving help. During that call, details of the move were discussed and the date of the move was confirmed. The mover was unable to give me an exact time on move day, though I had requested help for the morning. He stated that he would text me later once a time was determined. The only text I received from him was the morning of the move stating the estimated time of arrival was between 12pm and 1pm. That window of time passed without any communication. I finally received a call around 2.30pm saying they were on their way. Upon arrival, the movers were friendly, professional, and completed the job quickly. Their service was top-notch. Their communication could certainly use improvement. At the end of the day, they showed up and did their job, so I am a satisfied customer.
