I wouldn’t recommend. They started late (at 1;15PM for a job scheduled for 12pm). Seemed like they weren’t prepared even though we included important info- 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. One of the guys left 15 mins early, probably because he was tired and sore. My partner ended up having to help the remaining mover, which we were trying to avoid for health reasons. They should have told us our booked time wasn’t enough for 2 people when they first entered and saw how much stuff we had, although this should have been expected for a 2 bedroom. Ultimately, we paid for our all items to be loaded and that did not happen. Ended up having to move a lot of stuff by ourselves, eating up into time we had allotted for cleaning.
