This crew behaved suspiciously. The man left some of my stuff behind, not locked in the truck, as he took every other load to the storage spot. The woman asked me about which malls I shop at, mentioning the most luxurious mall in the area to see what'd I'd say about it. I thought I was paying by the hour, but NO, UHaul doesn't give any credit back for work that only takes an hour. I've hired UHaul movers before. Sometimes you get good crews and sometimes not. I would not hire this crew again, sorry.
