Jason and his helper. Sorry I forgot his name, were very professional and treated my things with respect and care being them into our home. They put everything where we asked and I am truly grateful for their service and at a price I could afford. Two men and a Truck wanted thousands to move 2 items. Advanced only cost me a couple hundred and well worth every penny. Thank you so much.

Showed up late, tried to charge me for extra time that was them waiting for their boss to answer. Drug my furniture down the hall and made me move all my boxes instead of placing them in the correct room. Admitted to checking out my apartment building while on the clock. Do not recommend this company.

Terrible experience with gentlemen who arrived late, shoved our belongings in willy-nilly, sloppy. No use of tie downs, which were provided. No use of any of the 24 pad, which were provided. Helpers refused feedback. Helpers stood on furniture, boxes, totes, instead of the step stools and ladders, which were provided. Helpers left belongings stacked in snow bank. Helpers frequently disappeared. Spent time on phone, not loading or fixing mistakes. Required a 2nd day of loading with different helpers. We congratulate Laci for her professionalism and attempts to find different loading help on Day 1. Just... insist on the good team of help, not the backup teams. We would never hire Advanced Movers FM again. Further, the manager, Jason, was rather unhelpful, demeaning, and deceitful. Awful. Just awful. Uhaul.com, do better.
