The first time I hired this company I had a great experience. The second time was not as great. The guys who came were friendly, but not very efficient or experienced. They also did not use the moving blankets I ordered to protect my furniture unless I specifically asked for them to use a blanket on a particular piece. Some of my furniture was dinged and scuffed up on the corners because they only used the shrink wrap. They also got dirty finger prints on velvet chair by not using a blanket. One of them talked excessively, even asking me about some of our belongings and joked about not breaking a sweat. They did not unwrap the furniture when they unloaded even though they were done about 30 mins earlier than the time I paid for. All in all it was okay, and they were nice, but my husband and I had to make 2 additional trips back and forth between the houses to get all our belongings. They were not fast or efficient with packing and loading the U-Haul.

The movers showed a stunning lack of skill and basic knowledge. They loaded my U-Haul backwards, ignored the vertical space, and filled the truck horizontally instead of stacking properly. They even placed boxes directly against the front bulkhead instead of putting them on top of furniture, wasting a huge amount of usable space. Because of this completely improper loading, a large portion of my belongings wouldn’t fit, even though the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Their incompetence has now forced me to spend hundreds of dollars more to return, rent another truck, and hire additional movers. Unprofessional, untrained, and costly. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
