This company never showed up for the move. They called in the morning to check in, asked for the code, and then CHARGED my card without completing the job. Absolutely despicable. Another customer at U-Haul said the same thing had happened to him that very day. This was extremely disheartening.

The workers were nice, but not super fast. We were able to unload everything within the allotted time because we helped them the entire time. Prior to the moving day, we had to reach out to them on our own to confirm as we heard nothing from them. But we are glad they showed up and helped us unload.
