They said they new how to pack, they definitely didn’t. They barely were able to fit my furniture in a 20 foot truck and there was SO MUCH space. They didn’t know how to stack or load they broke a handful of my items. It was a disaster. My mother and I moved 90% of the items down the stairs ourselve
