Reserved 2 movers and only 1 showed up. Moving Help Service Provider refuses to assist in resolving my issue of sending me a credit. I was tricked by the mover in regards to sending a code and the moving company wont answer their phone. All in all, a disappointing and unacceptable service experience. Now my credit card company is getting involved. Poor customer service, communication, and below expectations
