They packed my furniture extremely unprofessionally. They did not even use the blanket protectors provided by u-haul. My furniture was detroyed during the move as a result.

The 2 movers were an hour and 15 minutes late, but we were happy they showed up. We asked them to move the heavy stuff and we would take care of lighter things if they ran out of time after 2 hours. They did not listen to this request and some of the heaviest items were still not moved by the time 2 hours had elapsed. We felt we had no options but to let them continue as we could not move the heavy items. We were charged for 2 extra hours which was an unpleasant surprise.

If I need someone to get me to a hospital, I would prefer the guys that helped me during the services instead of an ambulance. It was an excellent service. Totally recommended to anyone who needs some moving services.

The movers were an hour late. They broke the legs on an end table and denied responsibility. They were not professional movers. They let my velvet chairs sit out on the ground in the snow. They did not use the moving blankets I provided. Because they were not professional movers they did not load the van efficiently and were unable to fit everything in. I have moved the exact same furiture before and fit it all in. I had to make a separate trip in my car because they did not fit everything in.
