The crew arrived on time, was polite, respectful, and worked very hard during the first part of the move. I also appreciated that the company did not charge us for the extra hour when the job ran longer than expected. However, after the first hour and a half, the pace slowed significantly. We hired a four-person crew to make the move more efficient, but there was quite a bit of standing around and waiting while only one or two people were actively working. In addition, a number of items were left behind that we had to load ourselves after the crew left. Overall, the crew was friendly and professional, but the efficiency and attention to detail were average, which is why I’m giving 3 stars.
