Extremely disappointed with this moving company. They arrived over an hour late with no notice, didn’t introduce themselves, and showed little professionalism. I had to rent a second truck myself and still had to throw away many cherished items. A second opinion confirmed the truck was packed completely wrong. They mixed up clearly labeled boxes meant for two separate locations and left my belongings outside in the rain, likely causing damage. The movers complained the entire time about the amount of furniture, which was unprofessional. They also took pieces off my bed frame without telling me, damaged my wall, and dropped my 75-inch TV. This move was important to me as I was relocating out of state for the first time, and this experience was truly a nightmare. I would never recommend this company. They need better-trained and more respectful movers. I would’ve been better off moving everything myself.

Jason and Corey were superb. Those guys worked hard and were extremely helpful. All our stuff made it safely without damage, largely because of Jason’s Tetris skills! Justin, who communicated with us, was also great. When we realized I booked the wrong day, he adjusted it no problem- very understanding. Great experience with this company.

I hired this company to move things back from about 2 months prior. The initial contact was great - contacted me within 15 minutes of booking a job for the next day (to avoid the snow). My issue has been after the job when there was some damage to my banister. Accidents happen, but should be addressed and taken care of. No return text or phone calls in regards to my concerns. I was hoping not to post this review, but it has been a week since and no response.

Rico was awesome. He moved 2 rooms (bedroom and office) by himself because the other mover(s) were still at another job. I got text confirmation of time the morning of when I booked the job the evening before. I will be using this company again.

I booked Move Masters at the last minute due to a previous moving company (Zola miles llc cleaning an hauling) canceling my move the morning of. Move Masters' owner communicated great, and the two gentlemen who helped to load and unload were absolutely amazing. They were professional, went above and beyond, and their customer service was great! I would definitely recommend Move Masters each and every time!
