They are slow like turtles. We initially booked for two hours and had a window for additional one hour. There was no need for the fourth hour. Couple of things went wrong and they need to be more professionalized. -they damage my tv screen by tightening the rope and putting to much pressure on the screen -you are not supposed to put your shoes on the sofa seats unless there is no option. You were standing on the sofa seat in the elevator. -Training another employee on the job.

Stored items in the truck incorrectly, leading to lack of space for more items when they left us with half of the items to move ourselves at the end of our time. They avoided moving anything in one room and demanded rope which we went and got but when we came back nothing new was moved. Felt like they took advantage of us being gone.

Outstanding performance. Arrived at pre committed time and loaded 90 percent in two hours. Wish they worked extra to finish but they could not as they had another job commitment. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning everyone we spoke with was professional. The moving guys were promt and ready to work when they arrived. This was God sent because with all of us we wouldn't have been able to do what they came and did. Unfortunately we're relocating out of state so we can't use them again but we HIGHLY recommend this company if you need to move anything.

I had a great experience with Bonafide Movers in Montclair, NJ. They were fast and efficient throughout the entire process. Before unloading, they made sure to ask exactly which rooms I wanted everything placed in, which shows how much they listen to their customers. The team was cheerful and pleasant to work with, and communication was excellent—very responsive and professional over text and phone. Most importantly, they arrived exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend!
