Absolutely flawless! To start, I utilized the U-Haul app to make my reservation and I was diligently glued to my phone for mere seconds before receiving a call from professional movers to verify the date, time, and location. On the day of the move, these guys were way ahead of me, arriving at my new home before I even had a chance to catch my breath (I absolutely adored that!). As soon as the truck pulled up, they wasted no time and got straight to work. Not only were they incredibly amusing, but also incredibly helpful. I will definitely be hiring them again and recommending them to all of my friends.

I had to hire a second mover to finish because they didn't load the truck properly. THEY FORGOT the heavier items to which we actually hired them for. This is the 1st time I have had a poor experience with movers hired through UHaul. The next time I hope is better.
