I recently had a negative experience with Terrence and his company Everyday Movers. His company was hired by U-Haul to assist me and my family with our move. First, He underestimated our move, and didn't bring enough help. He damaged several of our items and has since refused to pay. Halfway through the move he claimed he had another job and he would be unable to finish, knowing we had a firm deadline of 6 p.m. to be moved out. This action prevented us to get back our full renters deposit. After promising to come back the following day he told the U-Haul general manager he didn't want to come back, and didn't! Furthermore, he would not leave my property and demanded he get paid for his unfinished job, after I told him U-Haul asked me not to give him his pay code until the job was completely finished. I have since received text from Terrence demanding I pay. I have also received insulting text from Terrence going as far as calling me and my wife ugly! Very unprofessional company.

These 2 guys were communicative before our move and showed up when we needed them. They had equipment to help them get the bigger items and moved everything where we wanted it. They even helped make sure we didn't lose any screws or things by sweeping out the truck when we were done.
