I cannot recommend JJ-Movers. I booked 3 guys for 2 hours at 2pm start. I was sent 2 guys for 2 hours of work 4.5 hours late. I don’t even want to contact U-Haul or JJMovers to get a refund for the missing person on two hours I wasn’t sent. I feel I was forgotten about and lied to on ETA and status on when my moving help would arrive. NOTE, the 2 guys JJ Movers sent were amazing. They busted their tails trying to makeup for mismanagement of the situation. I did fairly rate the movers 5 stars but this experience 1 star. I apologize JJ Movers for the bad review, gotta be honest.
