The movers did not coordinate a time until 10 am the day of the move stating they would be available between 11-12. They called at 1215 stating they were 5 min away and did not arrive until 1240. Additionally, they were not necessarily careful with our furniture or with our property.

I truly appreciate the help from this company today. Exceptional unloaded and loaded my items in a little if not exactly 2 hours, despite the elevator issues and having to pivot through the building garage. Communication was a bit iffy at the beginning but every time I called the company they responded and once my information was shared with the drivers they kept me updated about their ETA. I will definitely consider using this company again for my moving services.

Thompson relocations stepped up when the original company we booked cancelled on us one day before our move. On the day of our move, the U-box pick up location was unexpectedly changed by Uhaul so they had to go out of the way to pick them up. Thompson Relocations did a great job! Strongly recommend using them.
