They ran late due to a worker being sick, but once they arrived they packed extremely quickly and were very nice.

Our movers overbooked and showed up an hour late without providing notice that they were behind. It took many attempts to get someone to answer, this caused delays as we booked them for pick up and another company for unload since it was out of range for them. We would have rather they told us upfront that they overbooked so this would not have happened. The movers themselves did well at loading and fitting things into the truck, they did not damage anything. However, we are upset that they had taken an item from us. Even more disappointed as we were kind to them, going out of the way to buy them water and providing a generous tip to each. We asked the company that the item be returned, were told that they'd look into it, and I have not received follow up or a response back after a few weeks.

Let’s just say I’m 5’1 weighing 120 pounds and I’m offloading my own truck after scheduling a time for them to show up an hour and a half late work slowly then demand payment for more than 2 hours of work
