I used Top Line previously, and was so happy with their results, I signed up with them again. This time, they were less than stellar. They provided a 1-3 PM arrival window and didn't show up until 430 PM. They didn't tell me they were running late. They damaged one of my pieces of furniture. But otherwise, they were careful, professional, fast, and strong.
