It was hot and I felt like they were just not motivated to do the job. I had to rent an additional unit cause they did not use the space up appropriately.

Stated they would be there at 6 got there 7, asked for more money to bring another person. Hung up on me twice. I was skeptical but then they showed and moved my boxes quickly. They packed my ubox so efficiently that I still have room to add to the ubox. I tipped them as they had to move super heavy totes and boxes.

Not a good initial experience. We had to contact them several times to get set-up. We requested morning. They showed up at 1 p.m., worked 2 hours and said they needed to leave although we purchased 4 hours (that could not be refunded). We asked them to complete the 2 hours the next day and after negotiation (which was unnecessary) they agreed. When they came in today, they did a great job.
